SALINITY HYDROMETER:

Hydrometer:

Precision specific gravity hydrometer for salinity measurement. Glass with scale graduated in divisions of 0.0005 from 1.000 to 1.070 Specific Gravity. Each unit is checked against NIST certified standard. Includes table to convert reading to salinity in parts per thousand (ppt). Length 13" (330 mm), scale length 5.5" (140 mm). Use with hydrometer cylinder (E35002) and thermometer.

This Salinity test kit is supplied with a direct reading titrator, reagents, and step-by-step instructions. All are supplied in a compact carrying case. Measures salinity from 0-20 ppt in 0.4 ppt increments. Reagents for 50 tests.

YSI® PROFESSIONAL SERIES PRO30 CONDUCTIVITY INSTRUMENT:

The YSI Pro30 field conductivity meter simultaneously measures conductivity, specific conductance, salinity, total dissolved solids (TDS) and temperature. User-replaceable cables and convenient Quick Cal features make it extremely user-friendly. The instrument also features Mil-spec (military spec) quarter-turn locking connectors, an IP-67 waterproof rating with a rubber over molded case, and 1-meter drop test rating.

The super-stable 4-electrode conductivity cell is built directly into the cable bulkhead providing years of accurate data. The conductivity cells are designed for rugged field performance and are easily cleaned with a small conductivity brush.

OAKTON SALT 6+ HANDHELD SALINITY METER WITH PROBE:

These microprocessor-based meters feature easy, push-button operation that offers high accuracy at an extremely affordable price. The SALT 6+ features single-point calibration; calibrate using 4487-ppm c alibration solution 00653-89 (sold separately).

Additional features include a convenient Hold function and auto-off function that shuts meter off after 20 minutes of nonuse. Programming functions allow customization of meter for temperature compensation, temperature coefficient, and normalization for better accuracy in varying applications.
