DATA LOGGING RAIN GAUGE:

This fully self-contained rain gauge utilizes a tipping-bucket rainfall collector and a HOBO® Pendant Event Data Logger to automatically record up to 160 inches of rainfall data with a 16,000-tip memory capacity. The nonvolatile EEPROM memory retains data even if the battery fails. Start date and time can be programmed by the user. A HOBO® Pendant Optic USB Base Station and HOBOware™ software (each sold separately) are required to connect the rain gauge to a computer for launch and readout. The rain gauge features a removable top for easy data offload, three mounting feet for setup on level surfaces (three screws included), and a side bracket for mast mounting (hose clamps included).

Kestrel® 2000 Pocket Wind Meter Plus:

Tracks maximum and average wind speeds along with current readings plus displays wind speed in your choice of knots, meters per second, kilometers per second, kilometers per hour, miles per hour, feet per minute or Beaufort scale. Temperature and wind chill can be displayed in °C or °F. Capable of measuring the slightest breeze, the unit uses an ultralight impeller mounted on jewel bearings to measure wind speed and provide an accuracy of ±3%. For temperature readings, the Kestrel uses a fast-responding, hermetically sealed thermistor accurate to ±1°F (±1°C).
